Hey, friends! This week’s #workoutwednesday post is a super fun cardio interval song. It’s to “Breathe” by Johnny Diaz and features some slow, intentional movement followed by high intensity cardio. Each section concludes with a strength hold. It’s a little over 3 and a half minutes long and has a super good message for all of us. If we could just be STILL…to allow the Lord to show up and to lead…what POWER we would find!
