This is not a replacement for group fitness instructor training. This is simply a guide of ready-to-go classes that you can begin confidently leading today.
My hope is that this guide will save you time, frustration, and confusion. With my ready-made full class plans plus Scripture centered intentions, you’ll be ready to get going and to move bodies and to train hearts.
