For this week’s Workout Wednesday post, we’re trying something new. This is a leg burnout like we’ve done before, but this time, it’s slow and intentional and 100% worship. No rushing to figure out the next move, no jumps or intense moves, just squatting and lunging and spending some time remembering WHY we celebrate Christmas.
