I wanted to share a quick SHORTCUT video with you today for our popular recipe- Hulk Soup.
Although it may sound disgusting and look a bit like babyfood, I’m telling you, this recipe is a WINNER.
The original recipe has been tried by many, many of my readers and Tribe members, and it’s super delicious and a great way to get in some extra veggies to your diet.
The original recipe involves having to hand chop all of the broccoli, cauliflower, and onions, so it can be a bit time consuming. I wanted to make a batch, but didn’t have time, so this weekend I created you an instruction video to make a shortcut version using just frozen vegetables.
I’d rate the original recipe at a 9 out of 10 for deliciousness, and I’d give this short cut version about an 8, but it’s still SO GOOD. And easy.
And if you can get over the way it looks, you’re going to love it, too. If it’s too thick, add more broth. Too thin, add more veggies. And SEASON IT WELL. You can’t go wrong.
My 6 year old requests this soup often and last night even wanted a bowl of it as his bedtime snack.
