Hello and welcome back! Today we’re entering Day 5 and I pray that the content has been blessing you! Here’s a recap in case you missed the previous days:
Today I’m challenging you to complete your THIRD workout this week (in addition to your restorative care). This one is called CHOOSE YOUR THOUGHTS and it’s a Strength/Cardio Hybrid- it’s one of my favorites and will have you switch from a 4-minute strength set to a 4-minute cardio song. It’s FUN and the time will fly by.
Even if you don’t want to do the workout, be sure to skip to the end and listen to the teaching segment. It’s got some powerful truths and Scripture and will help you shift some things with your thinking.

And another tool for you today, here’s a HABIT tracker that you can print off and use each month. Writing down your goals that you’re working towards will go a long way in helping hold you accountable. Let’s go!
