What does that mean exactly? Well, we’re going to be giving you some free content that we hope will help you in sharpening and strengthening you in your heart, your health, and your home.
Each day this week you can come back to this site and find new content added. We want to give you some tangible tools to help encourage you in your own journey, and to spur you on to walking the path the Lord has set before you.

Today, as we begin the next 7-day journey together, I want you to focus your heart.
Take a few minutes to get really still and silent before the Lord.
Maybe turn on some worship music, then open up in prayer. Ask Him to guide your steps during the next week. Ask Him to reveal to you the things that He is calling you towards. Ask Him for renewed dedication to the Path He has placed in front of you. Ask Him to help you obey when He calls you into difficult places and ask Him to help you bring Him glory in the process.
Before you move on to the next area today and to the main workout, clear some space in your heart and read through Psalm 121. This is the focus of today’s quick tabata workout and is a great place to center your thoughts before we begin.

Today I’m sharing with you a super quick workout. It’s a tabata workout that I filmed last Summer in my backyard. You’ll notice it has no fancy editing, no filters, and no scripted teaching for you. What you’ll see here is real, in-it-with-you truth. I’m challenging you to PUSH PLAY on it, and to modify as much as you need. NO COMPARISON, NO GUILT, and NO SHAME over how you move while trying it. JUST MOVE.

A helpful tool in our family is a simple meal plan each week. I sit down on Friday or Saturday and I take inventory of what ingredients I already have on hand. From there I decide on 4-5 simple, healthy meals that I can quickly prepare that my family likes. Once I decide on the meals, I use the recipes to create my grocery list and then I place my grocery order online. I pick it up over the weekend and then I try to have my fridge and pantry stocked with healthy options going into the week ahead.
