Here’s what I know: Running a business is hard work! I’m still in the very early stages of this, but I’ve recently learned first hand how difficult it can be.
In case you didn’t realize it, the day after Black Friday is considered SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY!
In celebration of Small Business Saturday, I wanted to do two things:
1- RUN A BIG SALE!!
For the first time ever, I’m discounting the price of all FINALLY FREE products- some as much as 50% off!! For the next THREE DAYS ONLY, you can get a HUGE discount on the printed book, the e-book, the video course, and the product bundle! To find out more, watch this short video:
and then visit the FINALLY FREE SITE to order yours!
2- The second thing I wanted to do to celebrate Small Business Saturday, was to reach out to other small businesses and to try to get them some new traffic, too. I try to live by the principle that there is NO LACK IN THE KINGDOM and so we aren’t in competition with anyone. Because of that, we’re free to bless and encourage and do all we can to help others to succeed.
I wanted to reach out to any small business owners and to give them a chance to share with us what it is that they do.
I read a quote somewhere one time that said something like: When you support a small business you aren’t lining the pockets of a Corporate CEO, you’re helping provide dance lessons for a little girl and groceries for her family.
This is such a great reminder to me of the importance of BUYING LOCAL when possible!
I posted a few times and asked for any small business owners that were interested to send me information about what it is that they do. I’m going to share all that were sent my way and then if you see any that you are able to support, I encourage you to do so!
Fourteen Eighteen Designs: Exclusive hand-lettered designs for the home and soul.
Because I strongly feel that anyone who desires to adopt, should be afforded that right- despite the cost- HALF of the proceeds from every sale in my shop provides financial assistance to individual families in the process of adopting, both domestically and internationally. I choose these families at random, because I just love the thrill of random acts of kindness. Thank you for helping me bring these babies home to their waiting families!”

Did you know the US has not passed federal laws to regulate the ingredients of person care products since 1938? The US has only 11 banned products, yet the European Union bans and restricts 1300. Beautycounter’s mission is to get safer products into the hands of everyone!
Beautycounter’s ingredient selection process is the strictest in the industry, banning more than 1500 ingredients in our products. Beautycounter has skin care products, body care products, and kids/baby products.
