This workbook features 28 days of faith based teaching, scripture, prayer starters, journaling topics, and healthy habit information. It’s written to try to help you find some new freedom not just in your health journeys, but also in your hearts.

I’m praying that it is a tool that the Lord can use to bring about change in our hearts so that we can more fully pursue HIM!
